Meet The Team
OWNER / CAT SITTER
After my parents emigrated to South Africa from the UK, I grew up on a small holding. This introduced me to a multitude of different animals from cattle & horses to tortoises, cats & dogs. Being involved actively in the local SPCA from 15 yrs of age fuelled my passion for animals, particularly cats. I’ve gained hands on knowledge of working with feral cats, when I was employed as a Feral Cat Controller. I gained valuable hands on experience whilst working in a veterinary practise for a few years. Since returning to the UK in 2003, I’ve worked in a veterinary practice and qualified as a Veterinary Assistant. I look forward to caring for your Feline families.
Crazy cat lady and animal lover of all kinds, big and small (cheesy I know, but its true). I have loved animals since I was a very little girl and have always had my own pets as well as being involved in the rescuing, rehabilitating and fostering of dogs and cats and even squirrels! I grew up in a small town in South Africa where the need for animal rescue and rehabilitation was massive and I gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge working with various rescue organisations. I absolutely adore cats and have always wanted to work with them and cannot think of a better job than cat sitting. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to have your fur babies looked after while you are away as it can be very stressful to leave them and having that peace of mind is invaluable. Here’s my cat Mitzi and I. I look forward to meeting you and your lovely feline families.
Thomas rescued moggy – We adopted Thomas as a 12 week old kitten from our local animal shelter in 2004. He unfortunately went over the Rainbow Bridge on the 2nd December 2017 at the age of 15.
Frazercoonz Tigger known as Sasha for short, rescued Maine Coon – Sasha has been with us since 2006. She’s a gorgeous, talkative but bossy lady, who knows what she wants and just how to get it!
